The best part about this system was it's ability to send alerts directly into my phone or computer as well as email me immediately upon receiving notification of any issues with our equipment. There were times when I could not receive notifications through emails but would still get them via text message which made sense since we are in the middle of nowhere most days. Sometimes there can be lag time between sending out the initial request and getting confirmation back from customer service regarding their response so sometimes you have no idea if they received your messages until much later than expected. We used SARASystems primarily because it allowed us to monitor all aspects of our business remotely without having to physically go everywhere every day. It also provided peace of mind knowing everything important related to safety will always reach someone who cares!
