Good integration between various Security Products together

The best thing about this system was its ability to integrate with other products such as cisco IPS etc which made it easy even from novice users like me! It also helped in reducing false alarms hence we can be rest assured of our safety when using these equipments during work hours!! I would say there are some minor bugs here but nothing major so far since i am still working only 3 months now!! So overall good product if you want your security needs taken care off by one single software or…

Excellent Service - Would recommend for anyone looking at monitoring services

The best part about this system was it's ability to send alerts directly into my phone or computer as well as email me immediately upon receiving notification of any issues with our equipment. There were times when I could not receive notifications through emails but would still get them via text message which made sense since we are in the middle of nowhere most days. Sometimes there can be lag time between sending out the initial request and getting confirmation back from customer service…

Pros
  • It was very easy to keep the system running and monitor any equipment at any moment
Cons
  • I would much rather have had the system run directly from my computer or phone without the need for downloading an application
