Easy to use, drawers pop out instantly and grated food fits right in; Genius. The device is easy to assemble and very easy to disassemble for cleaning. I am very glad that it is made of plastic and not metal, the light weight is comfortable to use. The trick to getting the best grater is to apply pressure to the lever holding the food. The grip fits on both sides for right and left handed people which is a nice feature. Reasonable price, good quality, easy to use. This is the best gadget I didn't even know existed! Highly recommended.
