+ I've used them as sticks on pillows or as spacers between items. +/- Good adhesion, maybe too good. I used four to hang a large 4x5 poster on the wall. The wall was painted semi-gloss paint and three months later one wall was peeling and the paint was chipping away. It could still be attached to the poster and separated from the laminated poster with almost no problems. The other three held onto the poster for years and broke off the wall when it was carefully removed. But don't use the pull method which would be bad, I just used my nail and took it off. Maybe some parts of the wall had poor quality paint, not sure. Good product. multiple use.
