Review on 7-Piece Metric Ratcheting Wrench Set By DURATECH - 8-19Mm, 72 Tooth Gear, CR-V Steel & Tool Organizer by Joe Lantz

Revainrating 5 out of 5

compact way to carry around multiple sizes.

After a rough start with my order, I did finally end up giving this wrench 5 stars because it really is a nice quality tool and is pretty handy to carry around in my tool bag. The first one that was shipped to me actually was missing one of the ratcheting mechanisms. Like it was just never installed at the factory, but they still packed up and shipped it like normal. Thankfully I was able to quickly get it returned and had a replacement sent to me! The replacement they sent to me is all there and fully functional. The different sized inserts kind of "snap" in place inside the ratcheting ends of the wrench, and they hold there well. All the sizes have nice snug tolerances in regards to bolt size and wrench size. They are not loose and sloppy feeling like cheap wrenches tend to be. I really like the flex heads on these, it is stiff enough to not flop around, but still easy to move with your hand and it makes getting into tight spaces way easier. I am very happy with this set of wrench and inserts, I have multiple sizes in a very small package. its great for my tool bag because I dont have the excessive weight of multiple full sized wrenches to tote around.

Pros
  • WHY CHOOSE OUR 7-IN-1 FLEX-HEAD WRENCH SET
Cons
  • The 72 tooth gear may not be as smooth as other ratcheting wrenches with a higher tooth count

This will be very handy when you don''t want to search through the tool drawer for the right size. The case holds all of the inserts and the wrench so it will always be together. Given the size of the case, I don''t think it will save much space. The flex-head, while not always needed, is an added convenience. The wrench itself seems sturdy as do the joints.
