Review on LONGCHAO by Kobby Cagle

The service at the Longchao online shop let me down. I was hoping for a wider variety of outdoor and sports-related goods, but I was disappointed. The selection was small and boring, and some of the goods were of poor quality. In addition, I did not receive customer support that reflected the team's energy; rather, I was met with indifference and a lack of response. As a life guide, I place a premium on excellence and enthusiasm, but I did not encounter either at Longchao. I won't be shopping there again.
