I had purchased a cover about 2 years ago and it lasted a year and half before I had to get another, I live in the desert so the extreme heat and cold really damaged the cover. So I ordered another cover. The cover arrived and I stored it in my garage for a month as it was winter and I didn't need the cover. We finally got some nice weather so I decided to prep the pool for the upcoming warmer months. After draining the pool and refilling with fresh water, I put the new cover on, as I was unrolling the cover I discovered a seam was not sealed and so the cover wasn't able to do it's job correctly. I sent an email that day, saturday, to the manufacturer. Monday morning I had a response from the manufacturer requesting photos, I sent the photos and that same day they asked if I wanted a refund or a replacement. As I really liked the 1st cover I requested a replacement. The replacement was shipped the next day and within a few days I had the new pool cover. And it's perfect! I am really impressed with the outstanding customer service. Not only is their product good, but if there was a flaw in their product, they give their customer the option of replacement or refund.
