I started taking it on my trainer's recommendation when I first started working out, 2-3 servings a day. After 3 weeks I started having migraines at least once a week and they gradually got worse. Now I haven't taken them for 4 weeks but I still get at least one migraine a week. I feel like something is out of balance now and I'm trying to restore balance. As for post-workout recovery. I had absolutely no soreness, no matter what my training level, and the taste was great. If you don't suffer from migraines this could be a great supplement. Please be careful.
