With all the positive reviews I thought this would be the right thing. The mold stank of chemicals when I unpacked it. Silicone should not smell. So I did a pinch test and indeed when you stretch the 'silicone' it turns white indicating it contains plastic fillers. Even food grade silicone can work from -103°F to 450°F so I put this mold in the oven at 425 degrees. Within 10 minutes my house was filled with toxic fumes that set off my smoke alarms. After heating, instead of stretching, I gently stretched and tore it. It looks like a quality product if you don't care what it's made of. but it is not as advertised. The buyer is wary of false advertising.
