I live in Phoenix and have colder winters than usual. Turning on the AC for heating is not always ideal as we are renovating our house. I have a large bedroom at the back of the house where it can get very cold, especially during the last cold snap we experienced. I have this little heater to keep my room warm and not waste energy running the air conditioner. Considering how small this machine is and the size of my bedroom, it works surprisingly well. I never thought that a small heater could warm a large room so well! I am issuing this disclaimer even though I only received it today. So I can't speak as someone who has had this for a long time. But hey, so far so good!
