I bought this to clean the drainpipe of an underground gutter. The plastic strap holding the clamp screw broke about half an hour after first use. The product would be much better if they used all metal parts. I just hand tightened it and it broke immediately. I'm not The Rock so I don't know what it is, but of course I'm not happy. There is also a major flaw in the design. There is a huge hole on the back so you can see the coiling of the cord, but this allows the cord to protrude and continue to unwind if you try to coil it. Super annoying and frustrating. I don't write many reviews. Only if something is really very good or really very bad. This is really very bad.
