12 inch becomes 15 inch and looks ugly on my bed
Seller must have different understanding of customs. I ordered a 12" hooded skirt but it came in 15". It's too long and looked ugly when I put it on. I returned it and bought another brand that also says 12" but it's actually 15". Both products were made in India. I don't know if in their measurements 12" is really 15" or if all 12" bed skirts are actually 15"?
