I like that it saves time in tracking down information, so you don't have to spend hours searching through email or other documents just trying to find something from another employee who wasn’t available at work when they left their tasks behind! It also gives me access of an individual employees calendar where i can see what there schedule looks like during outages as well if my team needs assistance with anything else related too them. The only thing about this system was how complicated some parts were (especially once we implemented multiple users). Having someone help us set up our accounts helped but eventually even after doing all steps mentioned above still had difficulty accessing certain pages/features until one day everything worked properly without further issue.
