User friendly and efficient way for keeping track

I like that it saves time in tracking down information, so you don't have to spend hours searching through email or other documents just trying to find something from another employee who wasn’t available at work when they left their tasks behind! It also gives me access of an individual employees calendar where i can see what there schedule looks like during outages as well if my team needs assistance with anything else related too them. The only thing about this system was how complicated…

Great automation tool for customer support

I love that it connects into my Slack, allowing me to respond super quickly when someone calls/messages about an issue or inquiry they may have with our service! Also being able to see everything at one time (instead of having them ask multiple times) makes life so much easier! It also saves us a lot over writing tickets in each clients respective ticketing system. We can now manage all issues from 1 place as well - saving both time AND money by not repeating ourselves across client accounts…

A great tool for keeping customer service top notch and efficient

The ability to have all of our tech support issues in one place, as well as being able to use it from home or remotely when needed! It also has an easy setup process that allows us to train new employees quickly without having them needing much training at first. I wish there were more features available so we could do some things better than what they offer now but overall very satisfied with this product. We are solving problems like never before by allowing remote access to clients who need…
