Great filter saves money tips on changing filters

Bought to replace an old and leaking filter on my mom's 2004 Chevy Impala. Works great, fits perfectly, no leaks, got a little more MPG out of the car already! And it saved me over $15-20 compared to buying "Premium" at auto dealerships. A word of wisdom for those not familiar with fuel lines; Make sure you have a fuel line with a rubber o-ring on the end. The car comes with it from the factory but it can either rust over time or you lose the o-ring when removing the old filter (it can get stuck in the old filter). The o-ring is a small rubber ring that goes to the end of the line and is fuel approved (you can't just use any old o-ring, it has to be fuel approved). If you don't have an o-ring, this thing will leak onto you in an instant. It hasn't happened to me on this car, but has happened to others when I first started working/learning how to trim fuel lines on cars in the past. The O-ring is something people seem to overlook when changing fuel filters on GM vehicles. Tighten the threads firmly, but don't overdo it or you could strip the o-ring. Anyway, 5/5, great filter, saved me money, worked on first try. I will use Pentius again in the future.
