I bought this for my son for Christmas in December 2019. It only plays Minecraft, Roblox, Osu, and Geometry Dash, so nothing too difficult for a gaming PC. In the last few months since the crash, we've tried reinstalling Windows 10 using the build tools, rebooting into safe mode, resetting Windows, auto-repairing the C drive, etc. and nothing. Gets stuck in boot loop, won't restore or reset and keeps shutting down and when trying to reboot the screen goes black. If we can actually get something to work on the screen, it will automatically start rebuilding, then stop at 18% and then shut down with an error code. My old $300 Dell Optiplex works better than this one and has lasted longer. I'm so disappointed but what do I expect from a gaming PC at this price point? Now that the warranty is out we're screwed with no help fixing it or shipping new parts and I don't have $500. If you don't plan on upgrading it and making it your own build, don't buy it, it can't even run games played on a regular desktop PC.
