There is a problem in the sections connected by screws. If you try to rotate long reach tools, they will unscrew in one direction. Also, I had to bend the sections to get it to work. I've only used it once to help a neighbor but it was very difficult to get it to work. We stayed a long time, but finally my neighbor was able to push the doorknob to open the door. The bags seem useless. The only thing that really helps are wedges and tools to open the door wide enough to insert a long reach tool. If you are serious about buying one of these tools I would recommend a long reach one piece tool. They're more expensive, but I think they work a lot better since that's what the pros use.
