My previous smartwatch was the Vector Luna (which I can't find anymore at Revain) and I really liked this watch because it was simple, the dial was always turned on and lasted over 30 days on a single charge. I did a step count but it didn't measure heart rate or blood pressure. So I tried this watch with a heart rate monitor and BP. Heart rate is pretty close and is measured every 30 minutes or as needed. BP is usually pretty far away so I don't use it. The sleep tracker doesn't work either. maybe I didn't set it up or something but I sleep 7.5 hours with it and it says I slept 11 hours. As far as the instructions go, you're on your own as usual with these Chinese translations. The tiny instruction manual basically just tells you how to press the buttons to get the different modes, but no further details. What I like most about this watch is that it has around 480MB of storage to download songs. And it has a Bluetooth mode for connecting with wireless headphones or car media players. It also has a speaker, so you can play music (and presumably make phone calls) straight from your watch. Add a video and we'll talk Dick Tracy's style. :-) I think it will sound terrible out of such a tiny speaker, but actually it's not that bad for vocals! I don't usually carry my phone with me, so it's great to have my favorite music right on my wrist to play anywhere. MP3 files can be easily downloaded to the watch using a charging cable. The clock simply appears on the computer as an external drive and you can copy or delete files in Windows Explorer. What I like least about this watch is that the face is always off unless you press a button or turn your wrist. Detection'" where it should light up when you turn your wrist to look at it. That doesn't always work though and you still have to press the button, which is annoying if you don't have both hands free. Secondly, you can see the date /don't set the time directly on the watch itself. You have to connect it to your phone and it syncs the date and time from the phone - very annoying. Also, there's a limited choice of watch faces to choose from (and most of them are terrible), and You can't create your own.One note: This watch is almost identical to Call smart watch,Business sports watch for men and women except for IP67 vs IP68 and watch band. This one is cheaper at the moment so I would think twice, before I buy another one.
