I was eager to test itPlus for the requirements of my cat because I adore animals and am an ardent online shopper. However, I was quite dissatisfied with their online store. First of all, it was challenging for me to navigate and discover the things I was looking for because the website was slow and unresponsive. The small variety of goods was especially disappointing because there was no information on when the many out-of-stock items would be replaced. When I was finally able to place my order, it was delivered many days later than expected with no warning or justification. Additionally, some of the things were broken and useless when the delivery eventually came. The situation was made worse by their sluggish and poor customer service, which forced me to resolve the problem on my own. Overall, itPlus was a really stressful and unsatisfactory experience for me. I won't use them again, and I wouldn't suggest their online business to other pet owners.
