There are no building instructions except for some very cryptic drawings on the box. And there was no label on the packaging for the product I ordered. The YouTube setup video doesn't show the frame, wheels and tether being assembled - it just shows the assembled unit while the power user drops their board and rides away. I wrote a scathing email to the company which was quickly responded to via email and phone. After spending a lot of time trial and error fitting the straps to my board I am very happy with the product - my board stays secure and my bike is easy to ride and steer while the board rolls on concrete and grass . For me as a 5ft 1in person, SUP wheels are necessary to be able to use the paddleboard at all.
