This vacuum cleaner is awkward to use. The cut is good, I like the on/off button on the handle, but the design of the canister stinks. The pivoting front wheel causes the machine to rock back and forth and bang against the posts etc as you pull it. The front wheel does not roll over the rope, so it has to be wheeled around or lifted. When dragging on the carpet, the canister flips over and the nozzle compartment opens and the nozzles fall out, the HEPA filter keeps falling out. It's just very cumbersome to use and I wouldn't recommend this device at all.
