Flimsy and Unreliable Tether

Through trial and error, I found that this tether is a complete letdown for any serious boater .While the elastic cord is a convenient feature, it`s simply too weak to withstand any real strain. Furthermore, the clasp is finicky and prone to slipping. i wouldn't trust this product to keep me safe IN choppy waters..
