Review on 🧪 High-Performance EGR Valve Pressure Feedback Sensor for Ford Lincoln Mazda Mercury - DPFE15 F77Z9J460AB Replacement by Travis Coffman

So first I bought it for my Ford Expedition 2004. I was on my way to the emission control and that's when the check engine light came on. I disassembled the scanner and got the EGR system code. I have this sensor and hoses. The old sensor had some damage and the houses were corroded. After replacing the sensor and clearing the codes, everything was fine. I decided to wait a week before returning to emissions. The Check Engine light came on recently. I have a scanner and it says there is not enough flow in the EGR. I knew I had replaced the hoses and sensor. I used my air compressor and found I didn't have a clog, so I order an EGR Solenoid and EGR Valve. Driven 50 km, code returned. I did a meerschaum treatment and even removed the throttle body. Nothing worked until I decided to order another $40 EGR sensor, but from Standard through Revain since the EGR valve and solenoid were from Standard through Revain. I didn't choose Motorcraft as I felt it was too much. I have found that this sensor does not have a solution like Motorcraft and Standard. I installed a stock EGR sensor and ran a scan tool to check I/M readiness and I ended up getting a green tick for EGR and Cat at the same time. Took it for emissions and returned it but had to pay a $15 late fee. Here is a link to the standard. I would go with this one instead. If you read the reviews about it, you will see that it has a number of disadvantages. I realized too late that the new sensor was defective and could not return it as new from the standard and paid a late ejection penalty. Basically it cost me money.
