Doesn't work for exhaust and emissions

Originally bought because it's half the price of Motorcraft but you get what you pay for. Worked 1 day then got error codes again and the truck drove like shit. After further research, it turned out that in order to solve your problems, you need to buy an updated version of Motorcraft. Rewan sold.

Some are good: Exhaust and Emissions

The one I received was defective. I didn't send it back and didn't ask for my money back. Checked with an ohmmeter before installation. Inside is a semiconductor and it has been opened. It should read 700 ohms in one direction and open in the other direction. I bought another one from Advance Auto, tested it with a gauge and it solved my P1401 code problem.

Wouldn't risk it. - Exhaust and emissions

100% satisfaction and guarantee on the website. I've been looking for a way to reach you anywhere in the world and I can't find it if it exists. Got code p1401, egr sensor was dead when i got it. I figured it couldn't be a new part that was replaced, the rest of the EGR system still had the code. Now, months and parts later, I've figured out how to test it for resistance with a voltmeter to make sure it's good and dead. If you want to risk it, test it before you install it. Or my end will cost…

Fix this generic OBDII code P1405

I ordered this DP sensor to replace the one that is generating OBD code P1405 on my 2000 F-150. The truck has clocked up 157,000 miles which is not bad for a 20 year old 4x4 with a 5.4 Triton engine. Anyone who owns a Ford knows that this is a relatively common failure point in the EGR system. The hose that pulls the hot exhaust to the sensor starts to melt, and next thing you know, the DP sensor has a melted base, the electronics embedded in the clear resin look like they've been burned, and…

Do not buy, this is not reliable.

So first I bought it for my Ford Expedition 2004. I was on my way to the emission control and that's when the check engine light came on. I disassembled the scanner and got the EGR system code. I have this sensor and hoses. The old sensor had some damage and the houses were corroded. After replacing the sensor and clearing the codes, everything was fine. I decided to wait a week before returning to emissions. The Check Engine light came on recently. I have a scanner and it says there is not…
