This is like having your own call center in house, you can answer calls live (sometimes), send text messages right away or schedule an appointment with customer service for follow up. I do not think it has all of the bells & whistles that some other platforms have but it's easy enough to use. It helps keep my phone lines free during non-business hours so I can take care of personal needs when needed instead of waiting until business hours.
