Don’t forget to grease before baking

My first batch of cakes stuck because I failed to use cooking spray on the pan. I thought they would be fine because of the non-stick surface, but I had to dig them out. Much better results when I used Pam before my next batch!

Pros

Size of pan makes perfect brownies and they removed from pan easily .

Cons

The pan may warp over time with repeated use, resulting in uneven baking
