I put these on my '97 F350 to replace the old shocks that had finally failed. I've recently started using a truck to haul equipment for a contractor. My old heavy Gabriel shock absorbers could not handle more than 12000 trailers with towed equipment. I was looking at shocks that cost up to $75 each when I found these. It's rare that an item gets only 5 stars and the reviews weren't "big shock, arrived on time, great seller, etc.". Actually, the reviews were helpful. I put them on and the difference was amazing. The truck drives better than ever and I don't feel any jerking when towing heavy loads. The contractor immediately noticed the difference. I hope they last, but at this price I don't mind if I have to replace them every few years. I am considering ordering a set.
