I bought this to make Nitro Cold Brew coffee and it works well for that but you have to be very careful when you put the lid on screw the container. The way the threads are cut makes it very easy to twist and tie the lid. I think if you applied force to the cap in this position you would probably destroy the threads and render the device unusable. Also, how well the lid is closed is sensitive and you have to press the lid firmly when it's screwed on properly or all the gas will come out. Bought it for $20 less, so for the price it's good, but it's nice to know you have to be careful with the sealing.
