Review on RecDesk by Robert Moloney

1) You can actually see who is doing what without all of this extra paper or digital clutter2) The program integrates nicely into Microsoft Office3) I have not found anything that I wish was different. It takes some time to really get comfortable w/ system; you'll learn quickly but it is worth it! I do not currently have any complaints about this system. This is so that I do not delete anything and find something I will soon want to change. I am having a problem with users logging in and being able to see the information pertaining to that account. A software glitch has caused us to be without access until we are contacted directly. There are times when an user needs assistance immediately and cannot wait until Monday to speak with someone. Having this system has taken away my headaches and paper records. I love how easy it was for me to use this software! It has so many great features that you can't help but be impressed when using this product. There are some things I wish were different like being able to have more than one staff member see your schedule at once instead of having to go into each individual person's page. Other then that everything works as intended. Try out this program. You won't regret it!! The ease of scheduling events and keeping track of who does what.
