Because it had all the features I needed and was reasonably priced, I bought this chair even though there was only one previous reviewer. After assembling the chair according to the pictogram instructions, I tested it and found a big flaw. Hydraulics didn't hold the chair! Every time I lifted the chair, my 150 pounds would drop it to its lowest position. I ordered a replacement from Revain and this replacement had the same issue.
