Review on DS18 PRO GM8B 8 Inch Midrange Speaker by Donald Vargas

Great price and I thought based on the reviews they would sound good. I looked for 8 ohm speakers (which are hard to find) and found them. The installation in my suburb 07 was quite easy, but the sound didn't convince me. There was less bass than I got from my 4 ohm kickers that I had installed there. The general music wasn't very good either. I played a lot of songs from different genres and they all sounded like they were played through a tin can. I ended up deleting them and reinstalling the 4 ohm kickers which don't sound good as the 8 ohm kickers are pumped by the truck amp. . I think I'll keep looking.
