Review on 🚰 EZ-FLO 20199: Brass Hose Bibb with Anti-Siphon Vacuum Breaker - Unbeatable Quality and Performance by Michael Hogate

I bought one of these along with a competitor's version at half price. This item is slightly larger and has thicker flesh, so it's slightly heavier. Here's a horrible photo, but you can still see that the partition in the middle of the passageway is also brass; The competitor has plastic, so I'm guessing this one will last longer (the third all-plastic version I bought earlier at a local hardware store cracked in this area when I first installed the hose, so that's a viable guess ). I'm using this element on the output of a tube timer that kicks back on shutdown. This item passed my first tests. Ordering two more even though the seller increased the price by pennies in less than a week :) Update: I now have three of these attached to two hoses and a timer. A sound is heard every time water flows through them. I measure the pressure in the faucets (which are new so don't suspect calcification) at 48-50psi. This is not an isolated case, so something strange with the inner workings. I can live with two hoses but I had to change timer settings to avoid noise in the middle of the night. I deduct a star.
