I bought this because it was cheap and looked good. It met some of my expectations - it's CHEAP! Assembly was easy and I had no problem hiding the wires and plugging in the water cooler. The problem is that the included fan's RGB lighting never worked. Now, after just a few hours of use, the front RGB strip only works when it wants to. The best I could get from support was "Please make sure the 4-pin molex connector is plugged in properly." WTF!? I've been building my own PCs for over 10 years and I know how to troubleshoot! This is a very cheap product so spend a little more and get a better brand. To update. I have contacted support and they are sending a new case. I will update when it arrives.
