The first one sent to me was open. I sent it back. I will not pay a new price for a returned item. When I opened the second one and read the instructions, they do not match the product. The instructions describe 3 wires; Power, Mass and Reverse. Colors are not specified, actually 4 wires. Red and black are obviously power and earth. The other two are blue and green. There is no indication what it is. I tried the company's website to see if I could get more information. When I created an account, I couldn't stay signed in. It kept bringing me back to the home page. The support center has been closed. I think I submitted a support message, but I'm not sure given how the site is performing. I'm also considering sending this message back.
