Since the aquarium remote I bought (not Revain) didn't work due to a problem with the battery door being half-pinched out, I bought a replacement on Revain . The replacement worked but I lost it so I bought a replacement. This replacement also failed due to the same problem as the original, with the battery compartment getting stuck halfway. Until two out of three worked. If I didn't need a remote to control my aquarium light since the light doesn't have a switch, I wouldn't bother with the remote.
