Review on 🍳 Microwavable Nonstick Omelet Maker by Culinary Elements: Easy & Quick Breakfast Solution, Dishwasher Safe, Holds Up to 3 Eggs by Phillip Johnson

Great omelette maker! Does not require non-stick spray.

Contrary to the previous review, I have 3 LAMI Microwave Omelet Makers and have not had to use nonstick spray on any of them. As I pondered various omelet recipes, I found that beating just eggs as the first ingredient results in a fluffy omelet, almost like scrambled eggs, whereas if I (initially) add cheese to the egg mixture, I pour half of it onto each side the omelette (according to the instructions), the eggs become less fluffy after half the cooking time. . Each of us can find our favorite omelette recipe by experimenting! . So I started adding just a tiny sprinkling of shredded cheese to my original egg mixture, and now that I'm half cooked, the texture of my omelette is less airy, but not as firm as if I added too much cheese to the mixture when I was beating my eggs . . The same logic can be applied to add or not milk to your egg mix! . THE BEST HAS YET ARRIVED: . BEFORE whipping up the egg mixture, I made sautéed, diced portobello mushrooms, onions, fresh salsa, bacon bits and yesterday I added a creamy quacamole chipotle sour cream mix to my dream breakfast and added a small amount of each to half of mine LAMI omelette half done (that's only 90 seconds if you use 3 eggs!). Then I close the clam shells, cook for another 60 seconds, garnish with freshly made hash browns and melon slices, pour in a glass of freshly squeezed juice and treat my taste buds to an INCREDIBLE taste. Breakfast ! . (This is my first review of Revain, although I've been a customer for a long time).
