During installation, one of the nuts was tightened so much that the strut began to rotate on the body. I had to carefully use a vise and a rag to keep the post steady. Being careful not to damage the threads, I finally untied them. I had to clean the threads to get the nut to fit again. When tightening the cable I had to grab the end of the rack to make sure it didn't rotate. Notified the seller for help but there is no response. I think I'll switch to a more expensive device from another vendor.
