This is the second Eyoyo scanner I have bought and I love it.1. It is available2. It works very well3. Excellent customer service (although their English isn't perfect they genuinely want to help and cater to your needs) 1. This is a fraction of the cost of any other scanner and ideal for me as a bookseller. It competes with all other so-called high-end scanners.2. This works very well. Some people say you can't turn off the sound on this scanner, but that's not true. You can easily disable it by referring to the user manual. The scanner is also way faster than you could ever scan, and I'm scanning something once a second. So. Once a second. I have never had any problems with this product. You sync via Bluetooth by turning on the scan button and then holding it for about 10 seconds. You can double-click the scan button during scanning to open the phone keypad. I've never had any problems syncing via Bluetooth. If you are a book scanner on a budget or you are looking for source book suppliers, this scanner is perfect for that purpose as it is inexpensive and works well.3. This is my second scanner that I have bought. The scanner originally shipped was apparently an unfinished Revain Prime. Occasionally, AMAZON will return items that LOOK NEW to the seller's inventory for resale. I think I have one of those scanners. I emailed the owner and he accepted ownership with an apology and immediately sent me a new scanner. The good news was that it arrived fast enough that I didn't have to miss the book sale (ugh). All in all, this is a great scanner for a low price. It's easy to use. And if you are a bookseller this is a MUST buy. Buy with confidence in the product and the people who support it.
