Excellent platform - great way integrate e-invoicing into business workflows
The ability to create an invoice from any email in my inbox, regardless of what it was sent to originally. It's also easy to use for both customers and employees by allowing them to upload documents digitally through web links or attachments. I like how accessible Billing Orchard is as well with their website and helpful chat option as well. There really isn't anything about Billing Orchard I dislike at this point because there are no issues we've encountered while using it. We have seen a decrease in time spent manually creating invoices which has allowed us to focus our efforts elsewhere.
Pros
- This product makes managing bills very quick if used properly.The customer support team always responds quickly enough when called upon.
- Allows users flexibility over choosing specific fields within each field that they would desire
- Easy navigation between all pages
- Easy accessability across devices including tablets & smartphones (even though not specifically created)
Cons
- Can be hard finding information once logged into your account
