I bought this cable to connect an external TRSS microphone (Deity D3 Pro) to a TRS only camera (Fuji XT-3). Turns out this is only meant to connect TRS mics to TRSS devices, not the other way around. Of course, if I connect the TRSS side to the TRSS mic and the TRS side to the TRS camera, the mic doesn't recognize the camera. . I would like to state in the product description and product listing that connecting a TRSS microphone to a TRS device will not work with it. Well, I think I should have read more about it before buying it. Otherwise build quality seems decent, and it's the perfect length for connecting an external microphone to the camera. I also like the spiral design. I bought it on purpose because it has almost the same cable length and design as the Deity D3 Pro mic cable. I've since found an old 3.5mm to 3.5mm dual jack splitter cable I had lying around that actually fits my Deity D3 Pro. and Fuji XT-3. Simply connect the original Deity TRSS to TRSS cable to the microphone and one of the 3.5mm jacks, then connect the 3.5mm plug to your Fuji camera. This solution is about twice the length of this IENZA cable and doesn't have a spiral design, but it works. Not to mention I only use one of the two 3.5mm jacks on the splitter so I used a zip tie to make things easier.
