Too confusing. - Tools and equipment
This product just isn't user friendly. Comes in a nice box and looks great. However, the software update on the supplied MD was not loaded into the scanner. Checking the manufacturer's website for updated software was another wasted exercise. I contacted the manufacturer who replied the same day but the instructions on how to fix the problem were even more confusing. This review could go on, but suffice it to say this is a great idea at a great price, but it's just too confusing. I cannot recommend the product and the seller. At least the manufacturer reacted and tried to fix the problems. Contacted the seller but received no response.
