Review on Stant 15249 Thermostat Outlet Assembly by Redfish Rosenhoover

When receiving the goods, it turned out that the thermostat cover was not completely level. I tried using an old bike but it didn't fit so I put the non-flat thermostat cover on anyway hoping it would seal. After installing the sensor, put it back in the car and fill with fresh coolant. Large leak detected. At first I thought the hose was leaking, but it was actually leaking from the sensor. Comparing the new housing to the old Ford housing and found that the new housing's sensor port was noticeably larger than the Ford's. No wonder it doesn't seal. I don't recommend it at all, even at such a low price.
