i didn't use the supplied drill, i used an sds impact drill and a screwdriver. Marked the holes in the cells and drilled these screws with washers into the cement. Replaced the blocks, aligned the blocks, filled the cells of the six-inch block with speed dial. The bolts with washers prevent the blocks from moving up, down, or sideways. After installing the power lines and electrical wiring, I attached the unit to the blocks with stainless steel screws and washers. Very reliable performance and I am happy with the anchor bolts.
