My puppies love to swim and chew. Yes, swim and chew. They love a good game in the lake and when they get a toy they chew on it all the way back to shore. This bumper toy was a GREAT toy for these pups. When I call them puppies, they are GSD puppies that weigh over 90 pounds, so their version of "chew" is "grind". Not only does this bumper have excellent chew resistance, it floats and doesn't have a hole at the end, so it doesn't fill up with seawater that then squirts out anywhere in the house.
