I like that you can customize your report by selecting different criteria depending upon what you are looking at in regards to performance. It is difficult to use if you have never used it before. The support staff has only been helpful when they were told exactly what information was needed from them. You can't get any help without being very specific about what you need or else you may be ignored or given bad advice. This software works great for some companies but not others because of their lack of training with this program. We would recommend using another system until there is more experience with this one. We were solving problems related to employee retention and how people leave after working here.
