Review on AWESAFE by Fritz Marrero

As a manager of products, I was eager to check out AWESAFE's web store for in-vehicle entertainment systems. As it turns out, my encounter was less than ideal. The website is difficult to navigate due to its disorganization and lack of clarity, particularly on the merchandise pages. And the purchasing procedure is a nightmare. There were a number of errors that kept showing up, and it was generally quite slow. When my shipment arrived, I was let down to discover that the product had fallen short of my expectations. The video resolution was poor, and there were problems with the sound system's connections. I called customer service, and they put me on hold for a long period and weren't very helpful when I finally got through. The AWESAFE online store was a big disappointment for me.
