I have tried brewing kombucha before. He was sweet, bubbly and raised two new SCOBYs. I was afraid to drink it. I didn't know how it was supposed to taste. If it wasn't safe to drink, how would I know? This kit comes with many guarantees. He had detailed instructions, pH paper, and a thermometer so I could make sure the liquid was at the recommended temperature. My first batch will be ready in a few days. I will start the next batch immediately. Very happy with this product!
