Review on Optify by Vera Gashi

I like that I can create my own team (or join others' already created teams) and then invite them via email or Facebook to participate. The surveys take too long, about 20 minutes each. A LOT of time! You just don't get any feedback from participants until you receive your monthly summary report. No one has complained but maybe it really should be faster? If someone doesn't want to fill out their profile info, they could be assigned at random instead of me having to choose which participant gets skipped. It's great for keeping track of people who don't complete all questions before submitting and giving those members a small prize as well. As far as using this for marketing purposes - we've been able to see where our audience spends most of their day vs times when there aren't many users online. I like that it's easy for people who aren't tech-savvy or computer savvy at all (and even some of those) can use this system without any problems! It would be nice if you could add more options/pages than just "next" so we don't have too many pages when adding new questions; but other then that everything has been great!! We've used optifiy before with our school district and they were very helpful as well - again no complaints there :).
