The platform has been simple, easy use that is very user friendly! It's also helped me keep my schedule straight between training programs but it does not sync up automatically like other platforms do so I have had some issues getting everything back into place when moving from one program/coach etc.. The ability of this application is that it allows me as an employee, or trainer/coach within my organization have access from anywhere whether I'm home at work - which makes training more efficient! I really enjoyed working out using this program. It was easy enough that anyone could use it, but also challenging enough so you never got bored! The timer is great as well, because sometimes other apps might get stuck or slow down when they are trying to keep up your pace during an interval workout session (which is what we used most of our workouts).
