If you need a waist trainer that will make your body look good SPECIALLY in a dress, this is it! I have bought so many stuff and they are uncomfortable or move a lot. This stays in place and sucks in the tummy. Gives you a natural look doesnt give you magical curves lolIt is tough to put in specially on the thighs but once its up you good to go. I am a size 5 in jeans some size 7 also fit. I got a medium and its perfect!
